Troubles in Connecticut: Part 2: Ways to Help. Event of Newtown December 2012.

In the wake of the shooting at Sandy Hook in Newtown, Connecticut

There are ways that we can all help, from all locations.
  • Be a good neighbor
  • Bloggers and writers: post advisory that are sound in how to treat children of all ages
    • Make it clear what is good parenting and what is bad; some young parents, if they do not know, might not know
  • Be your brother's and your sister's keeper
  • You don't have to spoil your neighbor with food for their kids when they do not have job of which could lead to a lack of motivation for the parent to maintain employment; but at the obvious levels, do not let conditions get to extremes, if your neighbor lost a job because the factory just burned down
  • Develop the resources to provide good guidance to families

And there is a longer list

It is more than just donating money
