There are ways that we can all help, from all locations.
- Be a good neighbor
- Bloggers and writers: post advisory that are sound in how to treat children of all ages
- Make it clear what is good parenting and what is bad; some young parents, if they do not know, might not know
- Be your brother's and your sister's keeper
- You don't have to spoil your neighbor with food for their kids when they do not have job of which could lead to a lack of motivation for the parent to maintain employment; but at the obvious levels, do not let conditions get to extremes, if your neighbor lost a job because the factory just burned down
- Develop the resources to provide good guidance to families
