Putting Things Back Together After Funding Lapses: Efficent, Fair
Efficiency:
25 years ago, when the amount of office space needed for a staff of thousands was calculated, the size of the portable computers, PCs, literally the bulky monitors and hard-drives, took 10 times the space per computer. When in the tens of thousands, that space adds up. The streamlining of office space efficiency could result in trimming entire office building floors, if not office buildings, from a company's budget, they are simply no longer needed when we now have the flat monitors and portable hard-drives of today. Alternatively, the buildings could be used for something else.
This analogy refers to everything on the technological advancement cusp, in context of modern technologies respective to the budget and funding crisis, that many people dub 'government shutdown'.
Let's say utopia occurs tomorrow, and the shutdown is over, and everything goes back to what it was a few weeks ago. In the process of the repair job, is throwing funding at obsolete technologies, like the space for bulky computers, the cutting-edge smartest strategy across the board? If the analogy described above is upheld, when other dimensions of finance challenges are considered like budget trimming, repayment of debt, and the budget ceiling, to carefully do the repair job from the 'shutdown', it might include precision trimming for effectiveness, and might be part of the common sense post 'government shutdown' repaired phase.
Fairness, and the determining the wheat from the chaff in all directions:
Programs which make it easier for people not as well to do might have seen cutbacks. There are instances where these cutbacks have adversely affected people that are genuinely in need of funds, such as severely inured veterans, and orphans.
Then the contrast begins to show. What about people that are taking unfair and disproportionate advantage of funding from the government, for example middle aged men that would ordinarily be healthy, that are not being proactive about staying employed because they are catering their schedules to illicit narcotic and drug habits? Should they have access to the huge pools of money and programs funded thereof that were up and running before the funding halts?
Systems and processes of selection, qualifications, need, are plausibly on the list of the phase after the pulling up out of the Congress impasse concerning funding.
The United States system of checks and balances:
Democrats and Republicans, as well as independents, are all in the political system together. No matter what the challenge is for the political system, whether it be a prospective 'government shutdown', waging war on another country, tax raises, you name it, no one political party is the ultimate and one party to make the final decision as to the shape of the entire country. The system of checks and balances was established long ago, what we all learned in school, for those of us so fortunate, the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government.
When things come to, not excluding manipulative methods to arrive at, one political party, especially a situation of a few members at the forefront of the party having it appear to be that, getting their hands on the control buttons of something as serious as how the U.S. looks to the rest of the world, it does not sit with everyone as the ideals of the system of checks and balances the Founding Fathers had in mind. Certainly a distorted sense of the original aims of the Republican Party or Democratic Party pulled out of a manuscript that was used in the 1800s, and attempting to apply them to today's political setting, makes it sound like a suffering from mental sickness, where antiquated beliefs and delusions are inappropriately attempted to be used today. It is doubtful that in the next meeting of Congress, the representatives are going to arrive in white wigs, in the tradition of whig parties. Craziness if they were stopped by security and insisted on doing so, right? In the same vein, claiming it is your and yours only to make the decision as to matters that are the subject of the system of checks and balances, is also ludicrous.

Ultra-Deep Oil Drilling :: Before the Rush
Markedly a geographic region referent, is the South China Sea.
Geologists are steering toward indications that there can be a lot of oil down there, which is supposed to correspond to a lot of money, worth.
U.S. representatives have already been making a presence in the area about the prospective/advent.
Complexity to the arena, is some of the waters involved are 'disputed'.
Further complexity is where the rigs will relocate/ be built.
Basic, introductory information about ultra deep oil drilling at: http://etisworld.com/answers-wiki-fusion-and-product-select/what-is-ultra-deep-water-drilling-oil-focus-who-are-some-of-the-major-contenders-in-this-drilling-arena-

Praises. 12 12 2012 aka 12 12 12. Technology and Fiscal Cliff
We all know that yes, we have gone far, but, compared to where we could be, we could have been much further.
Referencing just what are some of the underpinnings, and their underpinnings of the financial challenges, that have almost 'got us'?
Could these problems been avoided, if certain actions or non-actions were carried forth?
What is being talked about here?/: Allocation for schools and education, INSTEAD of ______
This is amongst a few. Another:
The real estate and house value dip, and lowering, if the effort to prevent it had more strength in the strong arm efforts so that it would never have been, could it have been avoided?
There is not going to be another 12 12 12 until 12 12 20---. There will not be another shot to get on the track some say we needed some say we wanted to be on.
There will be other dates, 3 3 13 and 11 12 13 --just a thought. Let's look to those historic dates as of now are in the future, at show at the level they are worthy of.
Volumes can already be written about the 'fiscal cliff' that we are dealing with as 2012 closes out. Good that solutions have been developed. However, the nature of a fiscal cliff, which in itself is not in some aspects a good thing, because we did have to take the time to deal with it and develop mechanism to face the challenge, warns us, that, in the future, if we are not ALWAYS AND CONSTANTLY working towards the best of economic conditions, that we could approach a next time, and if there is a next time, the situation might be worse. Let us have it learned, and there will not be a next time. There are goals that are more elevated in the light of the fiscal cliff should've never been.

While Working Together ~ Thoughts on the Future of Economy
Elevated are the dimensions of understanding of various kinds of circular representations and symbols of dimensions, angles, and aspects of economies
Tiny, tiny question, gray area, be as though it may be, important, did someone, ever, get FOMC and FDIC confused?
When making the effort to glean, or encompass the entirety along with in-depth analysis, of the teachings of those that use a wide spectrum of spherical concepts when referring to economics, at the same time, guidance from an interpretation that has some delusion or warped reality when it comes to some of the facts that are honed tools and building blocks familiar to those that it is indigenous to, obviously has its implications on the applications of all of these
this dichotomy, could potentially become a paradigm if not proceeded with cautiously.
Mix and match carefully
Monetary easing, -how far to the extreme of constraining is this term?- from long ago maybe a saying, make sure that it gets divvied up in a balance that works correctly, effectively, long and short term

Obama Versus Romney: What is the Difference in the Shape the Country is Going to Be In?
If Barack Obama serves another four years, will those 4 years be almost the same as the 4 years we have just been through? There is a chunk of the future if things turn out that way, that are inevitable that they will stay the same. The reason why: Barack Obama will still be Barack Obama.
Interesting question: has the bright lights of the Vice President, Joseph Biden, been suppressed too far into the background?
If in the next 4 years Biden is Vice President again serving all 4 years, and, he is little bit more to the forefront when it comes to interfacing on most popular topics covered, will there be the possibility of a firmer, strengthened more solid solutions to the problems that get posed? The answer probably has the consensus yes. When actively involved, as he has shown us, on the projections he has been designated to handle, effective work is made.
The challenges the country is facing, will a change of President automatically mean that there will be changes to solutions to the challenges, that, as in the solutions, are all golden, all win win, which is a notion that can get into at least a part of many minds, especially after campaign hype?
What will Mitt Romney bring, for certain, to be distinguished from what is said in campaign trail-blazing, and if the reality of what is brought for the better turns out to be one in the same with what was said while campaigning, then so be it-- will he, if voted President, bring changes that will decisively alter the status and condition of aspects of the U.S. and affairs, that many citizens feel need to be better?
What is the future of the USA, for the next four years?
When we come up on the middle of the 4 year term, and start making assessments and gauging mid-term performance, 2014, what is it, as in, what will have turned out to be the future, no matter who is President, are we going to see?
Are there some candidates that can really shake things up for the better that we have yet to see?
Are there some candidates that might take things for a dismal ride far, far more dismal than whatever disappointments this country has witnessed ever before, that are neither Obama or Romney?
Without going into detail, or writing a scholastic paper with hundreds of references, let's get the big concerns on the table.
Afterward: Reminder, what are the big problems and concerns most American citizens are concerned about or feel are not at the par they would like them to be? The answer is primarily, the economy, healthcare, domestic abuse. We congratulate and applaud Obama for making legislative progress for the purpose of reducing and abating domestic violence and child abuse. Now Americans, the citizens that live in all those millions of houses across the country, must ask themselves, did they do what they were supposed to do, in doing their part as a citizen, to refrain and discipline themselves where appropriate, and facilitate care of children, and the elderly, referencing neglect of the elderly, did they take the extra yards that were within their power, means, and capacity?

An Expensive Weather Condition You Need To Know About
hurricanes
floods
heat waves
Like an exam question, name the disaster, and the dates and place they occurred, hurricanes took place on the eastern shore line...
Loss of life is not down to an exam question, that is why we have to take action to change, and do something about it.
Now, let us look at a kind or a type of weather disaster, which might seem new to some, the reality is, it is ancient old.
The United States might have gotten a taste of it just a few months back, in the southern part of the country...
It is a concept that does not really match up with the common popular sciences in terms of a reality that could exist
In consideration we have seen it, it does strike as a reality that can indeed exist
It is often translated as the scream
This is a weather disaster that needs preparation, in the mix with the rest of the disasters, floods, tornadoes, etc.
Agencies, such as FEMA, EPA, your local emergency and rescue crews, and even you as an individual, need to know how to prepare yourself for the 'scream'
The name of this really, at the root is Seeha
Sometimes, it is seen as the Seeha, or al Seeha, which pretty much arrives at the same meaning.
Historically, the Seeha, affected a generally blinded people, as in blinded from proper, good guidance; that is the fable
These levels of 'punished' was affected upon a, lightly and broadly speaking, described people about their deeds, or the failure to do good ones
The Scream is something, a weather condition, which can 'seize' a group of people
So it comes through the land, it blasts through, in mighty blast manner, -- do weather analysts see an 'eye' of these blasts, like what can be seen of a tornado or hurricane? The end effect, of these types of events, in terms of devastation might be close to the same, but how do you track it?
Main concern, if it is not you, that should be the victim, how can I protect myself?
Afterthought: a re-emergence of the essence of a phenomena that used to occur hundreds or thousands of years ago?
Practical background:
Where did this scream occur, perhaps as a 'phenomena', in much the same way, bones are found, after the 'Flood' [reference Ark]?
In the area now known as the Hadhramawt, translated as 'valley of death', some say due to its remoteness with arid conditions, which is near the southern coast of Yemen and Oman, in the day of Prophet Hud, one of these 'scream' events occurred. Scientists can easily go to the region, if not there already, and study how the blast had effects on people and property. The era that this occurred, can also be calculated without much difficulty.
Where did this scream, or event which markedly resembles what is interpreted as described as the scream that occurred thousands of years ago, occur in the U.S. [so far]?
Whether [directly to whatever degree] correlated or not, here is what a writer had to say, applicable insofar as recent:
"As the U.S. Government deals with the latest debt crisis, the economy is in the forefront of everyone's minds this summer. For us in the weather industry, we have noticed that the economy is also affected by everything we see, because different weather creates different issues (and can even open a few doors in a good way).
If you're an entrepreneur, the Southwest is the place to be right now. Large dust storms known as haboobs have hit the Phoenix area a couple of times in the last few weeks, covering everything in a thick cloud of dust."
'Summer Weather Plays Games with the Economy', by Sean Breslin http://www.weather.com/outlook/weather-news/news/articles/heat-wave-economy_2011-07-19
This is the kind of thing that is being talked about:

The photo below taken from, http://www.eenews.net/public/Landletter/2009/05/14/1, gives an idea of what the aftermath of Seeha could like like

"Early snowmelt is not a new problem the West, but its causes are becoming increasingly well known to scientists who have studied the phenomenon.
Dust storms, one of the main contributors to the problem, are a key culprit, and they promise to grow worse as grazing, mining and increased recreational use remove vegetative cover and to expose loose soils to wind.
...The blowing sand also causes a number of other problems, including respiratory distress for local residents and disrupting highway traffic.
...If such conditions persist, ...this year's [2009] dust storm intensity and early snowmelt could become the norm across the region.
...USGS research ecologist, said focused attention could help reverse the trend, but it will take more effort on the part of government and landowners.
One more photo, courtesy the LA Times [comment, obviously this is the dust cloud that rose over Phoenix, howbeit, it might be in combination or correlation to a the elements of storms in context, placed here for imagery purposes]:

How To Protect Your Computers and Workplace from Potentially Violent Disasters and Terrorism
Let's take a look at 3 big disasters that involved violence in the very recent years.
- Virginia Tech shooting
- Fort Hood shooting
- Pittsburgh Gym shooting
All 3 of these had 1 thing in common: News reports state that the shooters were posting messages on computers. Of concern, morbid messages, and postings indicative that someone might get hurt. The postings at least hinted that the authors were emotionally upset.
Now let's look at the possibilities of how these incidents could have been prevented. Markedly, look at 1, viable, smart way that they could have been prevented: Computer and internet security and monitoring. There are 2 sets of software, that when installed, and used to higher levels of effectiveness, perhaps, shootings like those at Virginia Tech, Fort Hood, and Pittsburgh, would never had happened.
What are these 2 software? And by the way, they do not cost very much, and they are easy to buy. Here they are:
- WebWatcher
[You can download it right here over the internet]
- Department of Defense Approved
WhiteCanyon's Identity Theft Software
Attention: Schools, Colleges, Universities, Campuses, Workplaces, Offices
Delay no more, the technology is clearly here which could have a strong impact towards preventing the 3 incidents described. Download the software and install them as applicable.

and click here: WhiteCanyon's Identity Theft Software
[You may want to open the link in new window, or come back to this page after you click one of the links and click the second]
Having both of these sets of software reflects competency and a good level of wisdom.
Maybe the places mentioned where the incidents took place already have these [software] and more. For those that do not have the software, it is urged for you to get them as soon as possible.
